Sahayi

Sahayi Charitable Society is a not-for-profit charity organization established in 2000, based at Kozhikode Medical College, functioning under SYS Sathwanam, Kozhikode district. For the last three decades, it has been at the forefront of supporting underprivileged people who are suffering from serious diseases and their escorts with essential medical aids and solace.

Sahayi is a trusted refuge for thousands of patients daily, not only from Malabar but also from neighboring states. This is a shelter for patients from the districts of Palakkad, Malappuram, Kozhikode, Kannur, Kasaragod, Wayanad, and Nilagiri TN. Affiliated with Kozhikode Medical College, one of Kerala's premier medical institutions, Sahayi has been extending a helping hand to those in distress for nearly three decades.

The organization was set up to tackle the problems of destitution and scarcity in and around Kozhikode, irrespective of age, gender, or any other parameters. From its humble origin as a small unit focused on helping people suffering from severe illness, Sahayi has grown significantly and now serves as a beacon of hope for the underprivileged and distressed.

Sahayi aims to comfort souls with necessary aids in many ways. With the sole objective of providing relief to the weakened, deprived, and oppressed in society, we have been able to wipe away the tears of many. The organization exists with the active involvement of many across the region.

The selfless support and financial aids from philanthropists and well-wishers are the only sources of income to run this zero-investment medical initiative. We are driven by rigor, results, and outcomes based on logic, consistently refining our approach while focusing on measurable results that go beyond numbers.
